Support scholarly publishing that is fair, open and discoverable. Pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) after acceptance, or donate to our Waiver Fund to help authors with limited resources. All payments are recorded, receipted and auditable.
How This Page Works
Use the buttons to make payments, and always include your Manuscript ID or Donation reference in the payment note so we can issue an accurate invoice and receipt.
Payment Purposes
APC Payment
For authors whose manuscripts have been accepted and invoiced. Payment confirms publication processing.
Waiver Fund Donation
Voluntary contributions that help us provide APC waivers or discounts to needy authors. Donations are used transparently and reported annually.
Other Payments
Institutional prepayments, invoice settlements, or sponsorships. Contact us for bespoke arrangements.

Scan the QR code or use our UPI ID for instant payments from any UPI-enabled app.

To process and match payments quickly, please include the following exactly in the payment reference / note:
- Type: APC or DONATION
- Journal acronym: UARJAHSS or UARJMS (if APC)
- Manuscript ID or Author surname (for APC payments) — e.g., MSID-2025-001 or Rahman
- Email of corresponding author / payer
The Payment Workflow

Invoice Issued
An invoice is emailed to the author after manuscript acceptance.

Payment Made
The author makes the payment using one of our secure methods.

Receipt Sent
A payment confirmation and receipt are issued within 5 business days.

Publication Processed
The manuscript proceeds to final production and DOI assignment.
Refunds & cancellations
Before publication
Partial refunds may be issued if an author withdraws after payment but before publication. Refund amounts will be reduced by non-recoverable processing costs. Specify request in writing to contact@uarpublisher.com
After publication
Refunds are not normally issued after publication except in exceptional cases (publisher error, duplicate charge). All refund decisions are documented and handled within 30 days.
Disputes
Email contact@uarpublisher.com with proof of payment and dispute details; we will respond within 2 business days.
Security & privacy
- We do not store full card details on our servers. Online payments via PayPal/Stripe are processed by secure, PCI-compliant providers. Bank details are exchanged over secure banking channels.
- Payment confirmations include minimal personal data necessary for invoicing and are handled per our Privacy & Data Policy. Contact contact@uarpublisher.com to request data deletion or copies of stored payment records.
