1. Author Rights & Ownership

  • Authors retain full copyright of their published work.
  • All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) License, which allows others to read, share, and use the content for non-commercial purposes, provided proper credit is given to the original authors.

2. License & Usage Rights

  • Readers & Researchers: Anyone can freely access, download, and share published articles as long as they cite the source correctly and do not use the work for commercial purposes.
  • Authors: Authors can distribute, share, and archive their published articles in repositories, personal websites, or academic networks.
  • Third Parties: Any commercial use, modifications, or republishing require formal permission from the author and UAR Publisher.

3. No Restrictions on Preprints & Postprints

  • Authors are allowed to share preprints (before peer review) and postprints (accepted versions) on open repositories or personal platforms, provided they acknowledge the original publication in the UAR Publisher journal.

4. Protection Against Copyright Violations

  • UAR Publisher monitors and protects published content against unauthorized commercial use, plagiarism, or copyright infringements.
  • If copyright violations occur, legal actions may be taken to protect the author’s rights.
